Wonderful Information about Cancer

We believe cancer can be cure only through medicine or Chemotherapy there are people who conquer the disease without any medicine.

Lance Armstrong a Famous Cyclists six times Tour De France Champion got cured from Blood Cancer only through proper food habits and Mediation.

Kindly read the below article which gives you more information on this….
AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY AND ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins ****: **

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply. **

WHAT CANCER CELLS FEED ON: **

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very sma ll amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to no urish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day... Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties..
Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

f. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

g. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

h. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

i. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

j. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Golden Rules for Career Success

Business is made up of ambiguous victories and nebulous defeats. Claim them all as victories.

Keep track of what you do; someone is sure to ask.

Be comfortable around senior managers, or learn to fake it.

Never bring your boss a problem without some solution.

You are getting paid to think, not to whine.

Long hours don't mean anything; results count, not effort.

Write down ideas; they get lost, like good pens.

Always arrive at work 30 minutes before your boss.

Help other people network for jobs. You never know when your turn will come.

Don't take days off sick unless you are.

Assume no one can/will keep a secret.

Know when you do your best morning, night, under pressure, relaxed; schedule and prioritize your work accordingly.

Treat everyone who works in the organization with respect and dignity, whether it be the cleaner or the managing director. Don't ever be patronizing.

Never appear stressed in front of a client, a customer or your boss. Take a deep breath and ask yourself: In the course of human events, how important is this?

If you get the entrepreneurial urge, visit someone who has his own business. It may cure you.

Acknowledging someone else's contribution will repay you doubly.

Career planning is an oxymoron. The most exciting opportunities tend to be unplanned.

Always choose to do what you'll remember ten years from now.

The size of your office is not as important as the size of your pay cheque.

Understand what finished work looks like and deliver your work only when it is finished.

The person who spends all of his or her time is not hard-working; he or she is boring.

Know how to write business letters including thank-you notes as well as proposals.

Never confuse a memo with reality. Most memos from the top are political fantasy.

Eliminate guilt. Don't fiddle expenses, taxes or benefits, and don't cheat colleagues.

Reorganizations mean that someone will lose his or her job. Get on the committee that will make the recommendations.

Job security does not exist.

Always have an answer to the question, “What would I do if I lost my job tomorrow?
Go to the company Christmas party.

Don't get drunk at the company Christmas party.

Avoid working at weekends. Work longer during the week if you have to.

The most successful people in business are interesting.

Sometimes you'll be on a winning streak and everything will click; take maximum advantage. When the opposite is true, hold steady and wait it out.

Never in your life say, Its not my job.

Be loyal to your career, your interests and yourself.

Understand the skills and abilities that set you apart.Use them whenever you have an opportunity.

People remember the end of the project. As they say in boxing, Always finish stronger than you start.

How to Reach Borås from Gothenburg - Landvetter Airport

Here is the answer for one of your frequent question. How to reach Borås? First of all I will teach you how to pronounce Borås. It is not an english word. It is a swedish word. In english you should pronounce as "Buros".

To learn the pronounciation of swedish words online CLICK HERE!

Gothenburg - landvetter airport is the nearest airport to Borås. The airport is situated in the high road of Gothenburg - Borås. It takes 30 to 40 minutes by bus from Landvetter. You can find bus to Borås at the entrance of Airport. You have to take ticket before getting in to the bus. You can get ticket (SEK 80) in Informaton center and 'Press Byran' at Airport. Bus timings also displayed outside of the airport. You wont find any difficulty in getting a bus to Borås.

You can find the ticket fare and timings HERE.

You have to get down at Borås bus terminal - 'Södra Torget'. There you have to get a monthly pass - SEK 410 (SEK 310 for below 26 years) at 'Press Byrån' or 'västtrafik', with that you can roam anywhere in Borås for 1 month.

To reach Distansgatan / Tunnlandsgatan(Where student accommodation of AB Bostader is situated) you have to take bus route no. 1 from södra torget - towards Angsgarden / Hasseleholmen / Bramhult, via Sjukhuset. Bus stop is Fjardingskolan.

Do remember the area where your room is - "Hässeleholmen", and street name is Distansgatan.

For calling, there is no pco's like in India. You can find 'TELIA' telephone booth at airport and at södra torget. But you find little bit expensive there. If you ask any body near you, they will lend their mobile for you.

It is always better if you have Visa card. If you bring cash in Euro, you find some advantage than in SEK. Dont bring money in Rupees. You can exchange the cash EURO/Rupee at Airport - FOREX counter. There is no extra charge if you convert Euro to SEK.

HAVE A NICE JOURNEY!!!

Student life in Sweden

First of all, based on current scenario dont come to Sweden,if you are planned to study by paying the tuition fee. From 2011 Autumn intake, tuition fee is compulsory for all students from non-european nations, some exceptions are there, but India is not in that exception. If you are going to take 2 year program in 2011 Fall intake means, you no need to pay any fees for the second year also.

You may get scholarship once the fee has been implemented. You can read the government order about tuition fee here: http://www.regeringen.se/sb/d/11317/a/131434

I studied in University of Borås. My perspective is only based on Borås not on other universities in Sweden. Situations may be similar. Here most of the Indians are South Indians. Especially Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Even some of the North Indians were graduated from South India only. Here main part time job is Paper distribution. That too from 2.00 AM to 6.00 AM. It is very difficult to distribute in Sweden climate. Even people are doing for the money sake. There is high demand for this job also, so you wont get job easily. Since the education is free most of the Telugu guys are doing 2 master / 3 master programs. Simply enroll their name in any course and do the paper distribution as their professional job. Other part time job available is cleaning in restaurant - very limited.

After finishing the course, many people trying for Denmark. Denmark is having some point system for applying Work permit. You can search in google for getting more information about this.

12th March 2010

Today, I have started my day by reading the article for the Votava's presentation. Though the starting is not bad, I failed in cooking today morning. The reason may be that my mind may corrupted before starting the cooking. I don't know what is the real reason. It may be due to I may interrupted by Kana by giving me some freedom in cooking. Rice got burnt and mistakenly poured more oil in the pulusu mix.

In the bus, I didn't reacted to Swetha properly in the bus. She told me to close the bag. But I was in full cup. During the presentation discussion, I'm stammaring. Group members are not listening to me at all. Mia and Johan are better, they were trying to extract something from me. In my opinion, the experience is negative only. I have felt little embrased due to burnt rice during the lunch. Eventhough, I were with the europeans during eating, I couldn't mingle with them in their conversation. Something is hindering me from expressing myself. It may be inferiority complex. I should have spoken to Marion, when I saw here while she coming out from toilet.

In the afternoon, during the presentation, as usual, my voice have raised and I stammered. People are laughed at me. I strongly believe, my thinking is correct that is I should explain to others in such a way that they understand. But I'm failuring due to lack of practise.

Friday, 12 March 2010

11th March

I have started another good day. Wiped mustache. I looked into Natalie's eyes without taking, she slightly felt unconfortable and changed the situation by telling. I felt confortable while conversing with the Chinese girls. Reaction with the group mates for not doing the presentation is not good. The problem is I don't know properly react to others. While asking the feedback of yesterday's presentation, I'm not proper. Inferiority complex is existing. I'm not behaving normal and feel shy. During interaction in the class, I did 3 mistakes with Votava. First one, talked about Olof's comment, second one was commenting the European eating behaviour and the last is not concentrating properly and strange reaction during the converstation.

Not involved in the birthday party, which was happened in the Baldar student accommodation. I was just struck up on seeing the known persons. Here also, shyness prevails. I couldn't purchase the grocery items and chocolates for the last lecture of the course.

My Problems

Socializing is my problem. I'm very much comfortable when I'm alone, but I'm not getting what I want. When I try to socialize, I don't know how to interact with people and I just struck up resulted in embarased stage. Main problem with me is I'm failing to express myself. I'm trying, but I need somebody to crack myself. Even for approaching somebody to crack me also I'm hesistant. Problem is in my thinking, I want to be perfect, I dont accept the lesser than that. I don't want to be discussed by others for my negativities. Since I'm aiming only for the perfect, I'm not satisfied for whatever self improvement I have done. After a particular stage, I have a feeling that I have gone back to the starting level. Now I have to implement a step by step process. But I dont have much opportunities now and time also limited. Anyway I'm going to start from the zero.

Steps:
1) See others eye and speak. (Hard to implement everywhere, mainly where I failed before)
2) Tell your opinion there itself, whether right or wrong. If it went wrong, admit you are like this only and surrender to them, they will shape you.
3) Slowly start thinking in their perspective
4) Get the frequent feedback about from the persons who you are meeting first time. (You won't feel much embaraced)

Perfect world

Here, I'm going to write about how a perfect world should look like according to me.

1) No country boundaries, everyone can go any part of the world without passport and visa
2) Single Currencies
3) Religiion only for the development of man kind not for the destruction
4) Equal and optimum consumption of goods by each and every human being
5) Respect for the elders and giving importance to the family values

Here is the solution for your Problem...
